My name is Mark Weinstein, and I founded my firm in 2001 to set the standard in Metro Atlanta and North Georgia for expert and cost-effective legal assistance in Real Estate Law and Civil Litigation, including: Eminent Domain, Real Estate Transactions, Real Estate Litigation, Broker Commission Law and Civil Litigation.  When you need an experienced attorney to protect your rights, no one will fight harder for you than me.

I am a former professor of law and political science, and I am an expert in Real Estate Law, Civil Litigation and Eminent Domain Law.  I have handled hundreds of real estate transactions and civil actions, contract disputes and other litigation.  I have served as a Special Assistant Attorney General (SAAG) for the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) since 2001.  I also work aggressively for property owners whose property has been condemned or is under threat of condemnation from counties, local governments and condemning authorities other than GDOT.

I also have extensive experience in real estate and civil litigation and in real estate transactions, foreclosure avoidance and short sales. With over 20 years of experience and an expert staff, I have the tools to get results for you.

Kara L. Webb
Kara L. Webb joined the Law Offices of Mark Weinstein, P.C. as an associate in 2007 and has over eight years of experience in Real Estate Law and Civil Litigation. Ms. Webb represents the Georgia Department of Transportation in all eminent domain proceedings, including pre-condemnation acquisitions, hearings, mediations, and jury trials, and she represents private individuals in real estate transactions and all types of real estate and civil litigation matters. Ms. Webb also has experience in local government law, including eminent domain and land use litigation, as an associate with Jarrard & Davis, LLP in Cumming, Georgia representing various local governments including Forsyth County, Cherokee County, Barrow County and the City of Milton.

Ms. Webb attended Michigan State University where she obtained her Bachelors of Arts in Finance and her Juris Doctor in Law. A member of the State Bar of Georgia since 2004, Ms. Webb is licensed to practice in Georgia, Tennessee and Michigan.
